Alan and Lisa Wasden are a husband and wife team and are the co-owners and brokers of the corporation. Y.E. Wasden (Alan’s dad) started the business in 1990 with Lisa and Alan assuming ownership of the business later. Alan is a lifetime resident of Jefferson County and has been involved in in agriculture and land stewardship his entire life. He has a passion for the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
Lisa is also a lifelong resident of the area and has owned several commercial businesses and has a vast knowledge of the day to day operations of the office. She also specializes in the housing market and residential properties providing expert service from the first look to the move in. We believe that our relationship with our customers does not end at the closing table but just begins a long friendship.
Alan and Lisa are the owners and operators of a cow/calf operation and manage their timberland and irrigated row crop farms. They have two sons, Logan and Clayton, that reside in Jefferson County.
